Semalam, aku terima satu bingkisan e-mel daripada rakan sepejabat lamaku di Saatchi & Saatchi. Agnes tak tumpah seperti seorang ibu yang tak putus dengan kata-kata perangsang dan nasihat. Sentiasa positif mengutarakan pendapat dan tak lokek berkongsi dengan orang lain, terutamanya tentang 'ilmu-ilmu kehidupan'.
